PROSCIUTTO STYLE

Plant-based deli slices shouldn’t be a bore. Our Prosciutto style meatless slices are smoky, robust and great on Ciabatta bread or on a platter. Add lettuce and tomato for the ideal BLT without the bacon. The secret? They’re cured just like deli meat, yet made with sourdough culture and legume flour.

Fresh cup of peas, potatoes and eggs with "Prosciutto Style"

Boil the new potatoes in a pot of salted water until nicely cooked. Drain them and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Place cold eggs in a single layer in a saucepan. Cover with at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) cold water over top of the eggs and bring quickly to a boil over a high heat. From the boil, calculate 9 minutes of cooking. Drain water and immediately run cold water over eggs until cooled.Drizzle with a little olive oil and eat up. Place a saucepan with water on the fire. As soon as the water has boiled, add salt and boil the frozen peas for a few minutes, then drain and let them cool. Decorate with a few slices of “Prosciutto Style”.
