Baked Artichokes Hearts

  • Grated MIA Parmegan
  • 8 Artichokes
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

PreparationTo begin making your artichokes, preheat your oven to 200°.While the oven heats up, clean the artichokes by removing the outer leaves, cutting off the stem and cutting the tips of the leaves. Once clean, rub the surface of the artichokes with half a lemon to prevent them from turning brown.Boil the artichokes hearts in boiling salted water until tender (it will take about 10 minutes). Once cooked, drain them, let them cool and cut them in half.Flavor the artichokes with salt, pepper and oil, add grated MIA Parmegan cheese and arrange them on a baking tray slightly overlapping each other. Put them in the oven for 20-30 minutes.Take them out of the oven, let them cool slightly and finally serve the artichokes hearts with MIA Parmegan while still hot!
