Ingredients for the filling

  • 1 package MIA Prosciutto Style
  • MIA Parmegan
  • Baked potatoes 3.5 oz
  • Salad
  • Sautéed mushrooms

Ingredients for Pinsa

  • 00 bread flour 9 oz
  • Water 180 ml
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

PreparationIn a big bowl mix the flour, the honey and the dry yeast. Slowly drizzle in the water and the oil while mixing.Add the salt and knead the ingredients until you get a smooth, blended and soft dough. Put the dough in a bowl greased with a drizzle of oil, cover with a cloth and let rest for approx. 11/2 hours.Divide the dough into 4 smaller parts. Use a rolling pin to roll them to a half a centimeter thick.Lay each small dough on parchment paper and let them rise for 30 minutes more. rease the pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. When the pan is well heated, cook the pinsa for a couple of minutes on each side.Spread MIA Prosciutto style and roasted potatoes, salad or sautéed mushrooms on the pinsa, according to your preferences.Cut the pinsa into pieces and… enjoy your meal.
