Ingredients

  • 1 package MIA Carpaccio Style
  • Rice 5.5 oz
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 avocado

PreparationThe advantage of the bowl is that it's fully customizable, this is our green and light version.First prepare the rice. Rinse it under running water to remove all the starch. Repeat 4-5 times, until the water is transparent. Then drain the rice from the water and let it rest for 15 minutes.Put the rice in a saucepan and add the water, so that it covers it completely. Cover with a lid and bring the water to a boil.As soon as it starts to boil, lower the heat and cook over low heat, always with the lid on and without stirring, for approx. 15-20 minutes, so that the rice absorbs all the water. In any case, follow the cooking times indicated on your packet of rice. Once ready, remove the pot from the heat and let it rest for another 10 minutes, always with the lid on.Meanwhile, cut the carrots into julienne strips, slice the cucumber, cherry tomatoes and avocado.
