  • 1 multigrain sandwich
  • 1 onion
  • Broccoli 5 oz
  • Salt
  • Pepper

PreparationBoil the broccoli for 7 minutes in hot water until tender. Drain, reserving a small amount of the cooking water. Add oil and season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. If you require a thinner sauce, add a little more water.Grill the bread cut in half in a non-stick pan.To assemble, spread a layer of mayonnaise on one of the two slices of bread, then add the broccoli sauce, the finely chopped onion and a few slices of MIA Spicy Salame Style.
