Spaghetti with "Spicy Salame Style"

Serves 4 People
13 oz. Spaghetti
4 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
3.5 oz. of Fontina Cheese
2 packs of MIA Spicy Salame Style
11 fl.oz. Bechamel sauce


Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350F.

The secret of cooking your spaghetti ‘al dente’ is to drop the spaghetti pasta in abundant salted boiling water (roughly 35 fl.oz. every 3.5 oz of pasta) and let them cook for 2-3 minutes less than what is suggested on the box.

While your pasta is cooking, cut MIA Spicy Salame Style in stripes and cut the Fontina Cheese into small cubes.

Hey, your pasta is ready! Drain and put them into a large bowl. Add MIA Spicy Salame Style stripes and the cheese cubes along with the ready-made Béchamel sauce and 3/4 of your grated Parmesan Cheese. Mix together well.

Poor into a ceramic oven pot and top with the remaining grated Parmesan Cheese. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until the top of the pasta gets crusty.
Remove from oven and serve hot for a more pleasant gourmet experience.
